Hello, i’m Ivana!

How It All Started

My name is Ivana, and cooking has always been the one thing that feels like second nature to me. Ever since I was young, the kitchen was my happy place—the one spot where I could create, explore, and pour love into something that made people smile. I’ve always loved food, not just eating it, but studying it, tasting it, perfecting it, and watching how a simple dish can bring comfort, connection, and joy. Cooking is the one thing I can never get tired of. No matter what is going on in my life, it’s where I feel most grounded and most myself.

Various takeout dishes in black containers, including fried spring rolls, samosa, mac and cheese, grilled meat and a side of small savory bites, with a beige paper plate that has "Vava Cuisine" written on it and a beige napkin underneath.

A Gift Meant to Be Shared

As I grew older, that passion became more than a hobby. Friends and family encouraged me, asking for my meals, praising the flavors, and reminding me that not everyone cooks with heart the way I do. That’s when I realized this gift wasn’t just for me—it was meant to be shared. And that is how Vava Cuisine came to life.

A Taste of My Journey

Today, Vava Cuisine is a reflection of my journey: homemade comfort, bold flavors, generous portions, and food that always feels warm, personal, and full of love. Whether I’m preparing a family-sized meal, creating a custom catering spread, or crafting weekly meal preps, I put the same care, pride, and passion into every bite. This isn’t just food—this is my story, my heart, and my way of feeding the world, one plate at a time.

My Approach

My approach starts with passion. I don’t just cook—I connect with the food I make. I take my time, season with purpose, taste as I go, and make sure every dish feels like something I’d proudly serve at my own table. Whether it’s catering for a special event or preparing weekly meals, my goal is always the same: deliver food that’s warm, flavorful, and made from the heart.
